Make a Booking

Quest Flemington provides immediate confirmations for bookings made on the website.

All you have to do is follow the simple steps on the booking engine to the right of the screen and you will obtain immediate confirmation of your booking. Please note, a valid credit card is needed in order to make your booking and the full amount will be charged to your credit card immediately upon booking.

Should the credit card be unable to be processed, you will receive a follow up call with 24 hours in order to reconfirm the reservation with an alternate credit card.

If you require non-standard bedding configuration or have a special request, please do not hesitate to call us directly on (03) 9371 2200 in order to discuss your requirements.

All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival; if notice of cancellation is given within the 48 hour period a charge of one (1) nights accommodation will be made onto the Guest’s credit card as cancellation fee. Should the booking cancelled before 48 hours Guests will be issued with a full refund.

Failing to arrive by 10:30pm on the night of arrival without prior arrangement, will incur a no-show fee equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation.
